The Wen Shan Industrial Area (文山工業區) is situated south of Taichung's NanTun Road, near Stage 3 of the Taichung Industrial area. With an area of 197 hectares, operations costs are estimated to be at NT$13,200 per square meter. Major industries are manufacturing and storage.

Along with the Central Taiwan Science Park, Taichung Industrial Park and Taichung Precision Machinery Technological Park will form the "Dadushan Technology Corridor.
