To promote the efficient use of land resources within its jurisdiction, help the unregistered factories to legalize their operation, transform the traditional industries, accelerate overall industrial development, provide employment opportunities, and promote local prosperity, the Economic Development Bureau of Taichung City Government has constructed the Tanzi Juxing Industrial Park and now announces to invite qualified public and private business firms to apply for the establishment, planning, development, rental and management of their utilities in the Park, in accordance with the "Statute for Upgrading Industry" and its Enforcement Rules and the “Industrial Park Management Guidelines for Commissioning, Construction, Planning, and Rental”.
