The Changhua County Lu Gang Dragon Boat Festival Carnival is about to commence. The leaders of the four counties and cities of central Taiwan will be heading their senior managers in a dragon boat race. Taichung City Mayor Jason Hu, Changhua County Mayor Zuo Bo Yuan, Taichung County Deputy Mayor Zhang Zhuang Xi were present at the press conference on May 23, presenting the opening ceremony for the glass dragon boat, as well as announcing the cooperation effort between Taichung City and Taichung County on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival.
