Once again, in the vestibule of Taichung City Hall, another wonderful exhibit titled Goodbye, My Loyal Dog will be on display. The exhibit will feature items such as, lamps, made from late Qing Dynasty, Japanese Colonial era, and the 50’s to 60’s, statuettes made of gold and iron, for world’s tallest dog, 18 Lords (Taiwanese folklore Shi-ba-wang-gong, wine bottle, hand-blown glass works and others that are related to dogs. Everyone is welcome to come see the exhibit. 


Director of Administration Office, Luo, Wen-yuan pointed out that as the year of the Dog is nearing the end, collector Chang, Chun-shiang agreed to loan the City several dog-related collectibles to be on display at the City Hall. Especially from some rarely-seen items made from 70 to 80 years ago, we could see the bond between man and dog can be traced back several hundred years.


Goodbye, My Loyal Dog will be on display till Jan 10th, 2007. Everyone is welcome to come see the exhibit.
