Children urged to wear seatbelt at rear seat

A.To protect your children aged 12 or less, father, mother or the adult driving a car must have the kid(s) seated at the back of the car and buckled up or restrained properly on an infant car seat cube:
(A)An infant aged one year old or a kid weighed less than 10 kg must be restrained in bed or an infant car seat cube and placed in the back seat.
(B)A kid aged 1-4 must be seated in a booster seat or a high chair, which is then fastened by a seat belt in the back seat.
(C)A kid aged 4 or above must be seated in a high chair (or a high cushion), which is then fastened by a seat belt in the back seat.
(D)A kid who is tall enough to avoid being strangled by the seat belt must buckle himself/herself up at the rear seat.
B.When taking a taxi, which may not have a high chair, a booster seat or an infant car seat cube properly prepared, a kid is allowed not to be confined by any seating device or a seat belt. It is, however, suggested that father, mother, or any who is taking care of the kid carry his/her own protective seating device for the safety of the kid(s).
C.If you have the protective seating device ready, please remember to tell the cab driver to wait until you properly restrain your kid(s) at the back seat. Only after this safety measure is taken do you tell the drive to hit the road.
