Taichung City Confucius Temple kicks off an Architectural Art Photography Competition. All the photography enthusiasts are welcome to join the race.
The Joint Management Center for Taichung City Confucius Temple and Martyrs’ Shrine is holding an architectural art photography contest and calling for entries from November 1 until 30, 2012. 1. Objective:
Photography enthusiasts are invited to present the unique architectural beauty and landscape and the historical and cultural heritage of Confucius Temple through their artistic vision, so as to attract the tourists and guide them to appreciate the beauty in every corner of Confucius Temple.
2. Photography theme:
Humanities, activities, and architectural art of Taichung City Confucius Temple are key themes for this contest whose purpose is to highlight the cultural and social education functions of Taichung City Confucius Temple through the presentations of the photography.
3. Awards:
The first prize: one winner, with cash prize NT$15,000 and an award certificate.
The second prize: one winner with cash prize NT$8,000 and an award certificate.
The third prize: one winner with cash prize NT$5,000 and an award certificate.
Masterpiece: 10 winners, with cash prize of NT$2,000 and an award certificate for each of them.
Selected entries: 30 winners, with cash prize of NT$1,000 and an award certificate for each of them.
