The 2013 Taichung Comic Festival will be held on Nov. 16 and 17 between 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Greater Taichung International Expo Center. Events include a new media creative exhibition, cosplay competition, parent-and-child comics and anime workshop, comics and anime forum, and signing events. The goal of this festival is to promote Taichung City to comic lovers from around Taiwan and others interested in this sub-culture.
