Chiu Yu-chen- About the paper-cut artist (grandmother)
A busy housewife, former insurance sales representative, she has 4 grandchildren and loves paper-cutting and Chinese knotting. She forgets worries in life when doing paper-cutting and Chinese knotting. She is Grandmother Chiu Yu-chen. She loves learning. She got acquainted with Mr. Lee Huan-chang, an extraordinary paper-cut artist, in a liberal arts course opened by Hsing Tian Kong and has been doing paper-cut ever since. She has also been his teaching assistant for many years. To promote paper-cut art, she is willing to hold her first paper-cut art exhibition to present her precious works to the public.

The “Chinese Paper-cut Art Exhibition of Chiu Yu-chen” is now being held at the Taiping District Household registration Office from January 30 to February 24, 2017
