Since the official opening of the Taichung City Nantun Family Hall on August 8, countless people have flocked to the venue. In order to facilitate parents in making reservations, Social Affairs Bureau designed an online reservation system, allowing 30 online bookings at a time and 20 slots are available for onsite registration. We welcome all parents to take advantage of the system.
According to the Director of Social Affairs Bureau, the simplified online reservation system (http://parent-child.taichung.gov.tw/online) does not yet offer member registration function, the official version is expected to be launched at the end of this year. In the future, the official version will also provide other crèche and babysitting related resources and links, while reservation will become members only. Members will be able to cancel booked time segment without contacting staff at Nantun Family Hall.
Social Affairs Bureau reminds that after 3 no-shows, the member will be suspended for 3 months. After online reservation is open to the public, the number of slots available will be changed from 40 slots to 30 online slots and 20 onsite registration slots.
