How shall I dispose the leftover materials from the demolition of illegal building by the Taichung City Government?

In accordance with Article Eight of the Regulations Governing Disposal of Illegal Constructions, owner of illegal building is required to clear up the leftover materials within ten days. Otherwise such materials will be treated as wastes and be disposed of by the public authority. Such owners shall pay for the disposal costs.
