Taiwan's industrial scale is the 10th largest in the world, with seven clusters gathered in central Taiwan. The top five products in output value are TFT-LCD panels, touch panels, LCD component materials, solar cells, and precision optical component lenses. They chiefly concentrate on the Tanzi Technology Industrial Park and the Central Taiwan Science Park. And they are export-oriented, with a direct export ratio of nearly 80%.
