Job Discrimination

According to the Employment Service Act, the employer should note have discrimination to the employees for racial, class, language, thoughts, religious, political, province of registration, place of birth, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, physical and mental disability, or previous association member reason; other written regulations should also be followed.


If you have encountered employment discrimination, please follow the handling procedure, and state the process clearly with concrete evidence to the Government.
