Land Administration Bureau and its subordinate Land Offices have again upgraded the actual price registration system for more value-added applications. Starting from today, the registered actual property transaction prices in the neighborhoods around the MRT stations and some readjustment zones and key development areas will be published by quarter in the hope to assist people to have a better idea on the actual price trends.

Since the actual price registration system was enacted in August 2012, the Land Administration Bureau and its subordinate Land Offices have been publishing quarterly the number of household transactions, their average prices, and the price trends for each administrative district in Taichung.

This value-added statistical analysis system has been upgraded again since the second quarter of 2015. Now, each Land Office will also publish by quarter the registered actual property transaction prices in the neighborhoods around the MRT stations and some readjustment zones and key development areas. It is hoped that the quarterly statistical analysis can help people to learn more about the price changes in a particular area, so that they can have better judgement in buying a home or investing on real-estate properties.
