Correspondence application services for registration affairs

To make it more convenient for the public to apply for land registration certificates and cadastral map transcripts and to simplify part of the application procedures, Land Administration Bureau of Taichung City Government and its subordinate Land Administration Offices hereby declare to accept mail correspondence application for land registration certificates and cadastral map transcripts.

1. Addresses of Land Administration Offices are as follows:

(1) Zhongshan Land Administration Office (Address: 158, Section 1, Sanmin Road, West District, Taichung City)

(2) Zhongzheng Land Administration Office (Address: 36, Section 3, Beiping Road, Beitun District, Taichung City)

(3) Zhongxing Land Administration Office (Address: 246, Section 3, Dongxing Road, West District, Taichung City)

(4) Fengyuan Land Administration Office (Address: 21, Xian Street, Fengyuan District, Taichung City)

(5) Qingshui Land Administration Office (Address: 138, Dajie Road, Qingshui District, Taichung City)

(6) Dajia Land Administration Office (Address: 38, Zhenzheng Road, Dajia District, Taichung City)

(7) Dongshi Land Administration Office (Address: 26, Donglan Road, Dongshi District, Taichung City)

(8) Yatan Land Administration Office (Address: 165, Shengli Road, Tanzi District, Taichung City)

(9) Tali Land Administration Office (Address: 296, Dongrong Road, Tali District, Taichung City)

2. Correspondence service items:

(1) Change in registration address.

(2) Change in registration name (Limited to the case in which a citizen has altered his/her surname and/or given name in household registration).

(3) Cancellation of registered mortgage in full (limit to the case in which the mortgage lien holder is a financial institution).

(4) Record of replacement certificates of registration.

(5) Record of re-numbering of doorplate.

(6) Record of alterations. (Limited to the case in which a Household Registration Office made mistake but has then corrected the data, such as name, date of birth, ID card number, street name and address, etc.)

(7) Change in land use zoning. (Limited to the case in which the land use is rezoned into "building land" by the urban planning authority)

(8) Cancellation of land use zoning registration.

(9) Building registration transcripts (Application for an electronic registration transcript is limited to the second class transcripts)

(10) Cadastral map transcripts.

(11) Building survey map transcripts.

(12) Land price transcripts (Limited to the second class).

(13) Transaction inventory transcripts.

(14) Transaction index a transcripts.

(15) Queries for doorplate numbers.
