Those who are eligible for (medium) low-income households in 2023 and have "Spouses of former new residents" can apply for the "Pre-New Resident Health Premium Assistance" from the Health Insurance Bureau. Eligible applicants must complete the application form and attach a copy of the applicant's national ID card, a copy of the applicant's new resident card, the applicant's account book, and a certificate of (medium) low-income household issued in 2023, and apply at the Health Insurance Agency's regional business units, liaison offices, rural and urban offices, or by mail.
