Taichung World Flora Expo is designed to deliver the concept of green production, natural ecology and people culture. The visitors have accumulated to more than 1.43 million of passengers since the opening ceremony on November 3rd. Suara Pembaruan from Indonesia has published the news report entitled with「2018 Taichung Flora Expo rediscover the meaning of the close relationship between people and nature」. The report mentioned that the theme of Flora Expo proposed by Taichung City Government,「Discover GNP：Rediscover Green, Nature, People」, is to redefine the meanings of nature and people so all the people are invited to participate in the related activities to get closer to the nature. One of the key exhibition hall in Houli Horse Ranch Expo site,「Blossom Pavilion」, has a well designed mechanical clock to allow the tourists to hear the「sound of blooming」, meanwhile, the visitors may go to the marketplace to buy the delicate and beautiful cultural creative products.

The report has mentioned, there are more beautiful flower devices and exhibition booths from many different counties among these three Flora Expo sites; in the water culture featured Fengyuan Huludun Expo site, there are some extraordinary flower and technology mixed exhibitions attracting lots of the tourists to visit.

Diario Diplomatico from Chile has reported, Flora Expo has been rotated and held in many different cities globally every year. It’s designed to promote the horticultural design worldwide. In addition, Taichung Flora Expo has a lot of international groups invited to join in the World Garden and flower competitions; according to the report of Asahi Shimbun, Gunma ken has won the Silver award of the competition with roses, hydrangeas and chrysanthemum; Presse Ocean from France indicated, France team has built an outdoor garden in 「Nantes style」with 300 square meters, full of the beautiful French stylish crafts and techniques in the Expo sites to greet the visitors from everywhere of the world.
