In an effort to help Taichung citizens understand the “Community Child Care Support System”, and the importance of educational treatment programs for during the early development stages of childhood, the Taichung City Government held a promotional activity at the Health Park in the South District of Taichung City. When Mayor Hu arrived, there was a baby crawling competition going on. Mayor Hu humorously clipped that he thought he coming here to take part in this competition, however, since he is already over eight months old, he is obviously not qualified for the race. The atmosphere was very cheerful, with Mayor Hu cheering on all the little infant competitors.
