Taichung County and City's unified bus service route no. 69 and 85 commencement ceremony was held on the morning of the November 18. Taichung city Mayor Jason Hu and Taichung County Mayor Huang Zhong-Sheng and important guests were there for the ribbon cutting ceremony. It is hoped that this bus service would improve mass transit services for the public and improve the service quality. The two routes will officially commence on November 21, and between November 21 and December 4, the service will be free for two weeks, and it is hoped that the public would make good use of the service.
