During the 2006 Dream City Taichung New Year's Eve Party, the Taichung City Government will carry out traffic control between the hours from 5pm on December 31, 2005 and 1am on January 1, 2006. The areas where roads will be closed to vehicle traffic are: LiXing Road (between the section of ShuangShi Road and JinDe North Road), DianTai Street (between the section of ShuangShi Road and ShuiYuan Road), ShuangShi Road (between the section of JingWu Road and JinNan Street), YuCai North Street (between the section of SanMin Road and ShuangShi Road), YuCai Street (between the section of SamMin Road and ShuangShi Road), JinXin Street (between the section of SanMin Road and ShuangShi Road), YiZhong Street (between the section of JinXin Street and JingWu Road) and TaiPing Road (between the section of SanMin Road and ShuangShi Road). During this restriction period, no vehicles except police cars, fire department vehicles, ambulances and other emergency vehicles are allowed to park or pass through this area.
