Council of Labor Affairs of Executive Yuan has recently launched the "Diversified Employment Development Program 2011" and Taichung City Government has actively applied for as many short-term job openings as possible for our citizens. The central government has now approved to allocate 921 job opportunities to the 19 bureaus or agencies of Taichung City Government. Labor Office of Taichung City Government decides that the qualified applicants should come from disadvantaged groups (the only breadwinner in a family, the elderly, the disabled, indigenous people, the long-term unemployed, the reformed, victims to domestic violence and sexual assault, women who have left the labor market for more than 2 years due to family reasons, and other persons certified by the central competent authorities). Those who meet the criteria please register first with one of the following Employment Service Centers, which will be responsible for screening and inform you of the chance of interview, if you pass the qualification review.
