House tax is collected once a year from May 1st to May 31st. The period of taxation is from July 1st of the previous year to June 30th of the given year, totaling 12 months. A newly constructed, expanded, or modified house whose construction is done within this period is taxed according to the number of months. The house is excluded if the construction is completed less than a month.
