Taichung Flora Expo has won a lot of good comments. Fengyuan Huludun Park has been renovated by the City Government and planned for the curation to become a attractive point for the citizens to take a break and the tourists to visit. As all the people anticipate the opening hours of the park to be extended for recreational activities, the City Government has decided to follow the request and announced the opening hours of the park will be extended to 21:00 in the evening since this Sunday (11/11). However, the service hours of exhibition hall, the entrepreneurship pavilion and shuttle buses will remain to closed at 19:00 from Sunday to Thursday and closed at 21:00 from Friday to Saturday. Therefore, the extended service from the 19:00 to 21:00 will be opened for the corridor by the water only to be the recreational area for the visitors.

There are many Flora Expo visitors and the Fengyuan Huludun Park has won the compliment for its night view as「When the night is late, the scene is even more beautiful.」and become the riverside recreational corridor of local residents. In order to make the citizens more convenient and enjoy more, Taichung City Government has announced to have the opening hours of the park extended to 21:00 from 19:00 from Sunday to Thursday since this Sunday (11/11) in addition to every Friday and Saturday.

On the other hand, in response to the local residents for doing exercises in the early morning in the Flora Expo Park, the corridor by the water in Section 5 of Flora Expo Fengyuan Huludun Park where is the area from Zhungshan Road to the 8th Section of Fengyuan Boulevard will be opened from 5:00 a.m. instead of the original 9:00 a.m. since next Monday. People may go to the park earlier to have fun or do exercises as you like.

However, the officer of the City Government reminded the extended opening hours from 19:00 to 21:00 in the evening of Sunday to Thursday will only be available at the recreational area of the park with 24 hours of security guards patrolling. Therefore, there is no exhibition hall or entrepreneurship pavilion service(Taiwan pastries pavilion, bamboo pavilion and entrepreneurship pavilion) , shuttle service, park guide, emergency service, wheelchair and baby stroller service, interactive device of artworks experience service provided during the period to avoid the overloads of the staffs. Thank you very much for your understanding. Also, the park will be closed from 9:00 p.m. in the evening to 5:00 next morning.

Taichung Flora Expo spokesperson, Wen-hsin Chen has indicated, Fengyuan Huludun Park has become a more beautiful park after the renovation project of Ruanpizai creek completed by the City Government. After the opening of the Flora Expo, many visitors are anticipating the extended Park opening hours so the City Government will follow the demand of the people to allow the visitors to enjoy the night view and the local residents to do the morning exercises in the Flora Expo Park.

Wen-hsin Chen said, Fengyuan Park will not only be opened to 21:00 every Friday and Saturday with all the visitor services provided, but also the corridor by the water will be extended to 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday since this Sunday（11/11）so it’s convenient for more citizens to come here for recreations and enjoy the night view. Since next Monday（11/12）, we will open the Section 5 from 5:00 a.m. to allow the people who use to do exercises in the early morning but「Sparky pods」and the other interactive art devices or the visitor services will be available from 9:00 a.m.
