This training center provides common vocational skills training and professional skills training. The former utilizes the theory of Evidence-based Management to analyze core competencies civil servants should be equipped with and to develop the map of core vocational skills training. The latter adopts participatory course design after consulting scholars, experts, officials of each agency and relevant personnel. Additionally, important policy directions and central governmental policies are incorporated. According to course contents and trainees, diverse innovative training and evaluation methods are introduced to plan for actual annual training programs to enhance various vocational skills, achieve training efficacy and build high quality cabinet team of the Taichung City Government.
