Implementation period

Starting from October 1 until the vaccine is used up

Inoculation eligibility

Children aged more than 6 months but before elementary schooling Citizens born on/before December 31, 1946 (inclusive)

※ Foreign nationals must present residence cards

No age limit for ROC nationals

Required documents


    • National Health Insurance IC card

    • Child Health Handbook

    • National Health Insurance IC card

    • Identification card

    • National Health Insurance IC card

    • Identification card

    • If your national health insurance card does not have remarks, please present either of the following documents:

    • Certificate issued by Rare Disease Foundation or Muscular Dystrophy Association

    • Certificate of diagnosis for rare diseases

    • National Health Insurance IC card or paper card for major diseases or injuries

    • Identification card

The public health centers across the country and contracted hospitals

Charge for inoculation


    • Contracted hospitals → vaccine is free of charge, while the others should be charged in accordance with the standards

    • Public health centers → free of charge
