Call 119 and report the location (e.g. street/road, lane, alley, house number and floor), landmarks nearby and the household phone number, etc. to the service personnel for the fire fighters to arrive at the scene immediately. When a fire occurs, send people to report to the police and put out the fire in the meantime. Do not panic.
