Qualification to Take Part in Civil Service Elementary Examinations

It is stipulated by Article 15 of Civil Service Examinations Act that all citizens of the Republic of China of eighteen years of age or older may apply for the Civil Service Elementary Examination. (No academic certificates are required for the examinations.)
