1. Please have the following documents ready:

The official copy of the traffic violation (red) ticket;
Appealing form (stating the reason, name, phone number and address);
Official copy of photos for evidence, if any
Other material(s) for evidence, if any
Letter of authorization signed by the person liable to penalty, if he/she is not the complainant.

2. How to proceed:

You can go to the specified place on the ticket in person;
Or, submit the case to the issuing department or place specified in the ticket by registered mail, fax, or applying online.
