In case that an appeal requiring investigation is received, it will be transferred to the department that issued the ticket, which shall reply with its explanation and accompanying justification materials after thorough investigation. The investigation process takes 45 dyas to 60 days. The fine amount will be determined based on the date you submit the appeal (or the date shown on the post stamp of appealing mail).

If you still have to pay for the fine on receiving the reply for the appeal, there is a grace period of a month during which you should pay for the fine based on the amount at the time of appealing.
