Why did the Traffic Adjudication Office send me the ruling statement?

You failed to pay a fine or appear in court for violating road traffic management within the prescribed time. According to Article 8-1 of the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act and Article 44 of the Enforcement Rules for Uniform Punishment Standards for Handling the Matters of Violating Road Traffic, the Traffic Adjudication Office will make a decision immediately after serving you the notice of violation, of which the deadline for filing the case is more than 60 days past. To protect your rights and interests, please handle it within the prescribed time limit upon receiving the ruling statement. Failure to do so may result in mandatory enforcement or the cancellation of your driver's license or license in the future.
