Suppose there is doubt about the facts or terms mentioned in the ruling statement. In that case, you shall file a withdrawal case with the administrative litigation tribunal of the local court with jurisdiction within thirty days after serving the ruling. Failure to address the matter within the specified time limit will result in the imposition of the following administrative penalties:
(1) If the penalty is a fine, you will transfer to the branches of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice for enforcement of your case.
(2) If the penalty is suspension or cancellation of the vehicle license plate or driver's license, the Traffic Adjudication Office will cancel the vehicle license plate or driver's right according to the date specified in the main text of the penalty.
