According to Article 65, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 of the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, if an automobile owner or driver violates the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act and fails to file a revocation lawsuit with the administrative litigation court of the jurisdiction within a peremptory period of 30 days after the service of the ruling statement by this department. Or, if you don't pay the fine after a court rejects the case, your case shall be transferred to each branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice for compulsory execution under Articles 4 and 11 of the Administrative Execution Act.
