When citizens dial the Fire Bureau's 119 number during a disaster, accident, emergency medical or rescue situation, the bureau will immediately dispatch firefighters to the scene to protect the citizens' life and property. If citizens are harassed by snakes or bee swarms, they can also dial 119, and the bureau will refer the case to the city hall's Agriculture Bureau.
