How to apply for a fire certificate?

After the fire has occurred, staff from the fire brigade within the jurisdiction will proactively notify the fire victim about fire certification application, where the fire victim will fill out the application form and submit it to the staff from the fire brigade along with relevant property rights information, registration document and lease agreement. After the staff from the fire brigade has examined the information to ensure completeness, the fire certificate will be issued to the fire victim.
