National Immigration Agency (NIA) was founded on January 2nd, 2007. Applications for ARC, APRC, re-entry permit, declaration of lost passport, extension of visitor visa, reporting of missing migratory workers or foreign spouses, and fingerprint taking of migratory workers, should now be processed in the National Immigration Agency (No. 91, Gancheng St., Nantun Dist., Taichung City). Taichung City Police Bureau is now responsible for issuing Police Criminal Record Certificate only. For other services, please check their website in advance.
