2. Service time: For Mandarin and Vietnamese: 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday; For Indonesian, Thai, English, and Cambodian: 13:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
3. Service methods: Advices are offered by people proficient in one of the following six languages, namely Mandarin, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, English, and Cambodian.
