Temporary Suspension of Immediate Issuing Services of "Police Criminal Record Certificate" during the Pandemic

In response to the surge in the COVID-19 cases, to avoid crowds gathering and infection risk of applicants for the Police Criminal Record Certificate, the Department temporarily suspended the immediate issuing services from May 21st, 2021 (Friday). In-person applications will be issued within two business days via mail delivery (postage paid by applicants). Additionally, application services are now provided at the entrance on Ground Floor, Building B of the Department. Diverse application channels via online, fax, mail, and app are offered by the Department for the convenience of the public to reduce waiting at the site. To incorporate with pandemic prevention and control measures, applicants should wear masks (the Department does not provide masks), register their real names, have their body temperature taken, and use alcohol to disinfect their hands.
