If there are any matters affecting bus service quality, such as abnormal schedule (cutting, missing and delay), passing a station without stopping, poor attitude of drivers, or others, please list down the time, place, route types, license plate number or driver's name and then call to 1999, write to the mayor’s mailbox, or call to the Public Transport Department (complaint hotline :04 -22289111 ext. 61101 ~ 61103). Once your complaint is verified, the Public Transport Department will punish the concerned bus company in accordance with regulations.
