Flora Expo Fengyuan Huludun park has collected the featured flowers from 8 cities and counties together to have a joint exhibition in Section 1 as the「Domestic garden」, including Taipei, Taoyuan, Miaoli County, Changhua County, Nantou County, Yunlin County, Tainan City and Penghu County are all joining in together. Meanwhile, Changhua County has curated the theme with「Great Buddha at Bagua mountain」to match with the Changhua featured chrysanthemum and trees. All the visitors would like to take a picture with the cute Buddha as「It seems to be blessed by the Great Buddha!」

Fengyuan Huludun Section 1–「Domestic garden」 has the local featured flowers of 8 cities and counties; Taipei exhibition area is composed of the micro farms from the land to the roof, cultivation to harvest and garden to table to leverage some small spaces to create a multiple layers of living tastes of the metropolitan farms. Also, all kinds of flowers and plants feasible to be transformed into dishes are presented to show the diverse living conditions in different seasons.

Taoyuan exhibition area has adapted to the original hardware facilities and landscape to plan and design. And 5 different flower exhibitions, including the grass flowers《smart city, livable home》, ecosystem《butterflies will come when the flowers are blooming》, Christmas《Merry Christmas Welcome the honored guests with blossoms》, calla lily《lovers’ holy place, happy Taoyuan》and landscape《landscape of plants laho city》etc. have echoed to the theme of Flora Expo to build the image of Taoyuan as a city good for living and working.

Miaoli County exhibition area is designed from the idea of「kneazles」to reflect the old name of Miaoli to be an unique theme. The exhibition area is decorated with green sculptures and 3D green wall technology to show the green image of Miaoli. It’s a green visual festival accompanied by the light architecture with the dome to allow the sunlight shining through and good air flow. The transparent window guiding system will bring the visitors a whole new experience in such a green exhibition environment.

Changhua County exhibition area is based on「Great Buddha at Bagua mountain」 to match with the local abound seasonal chrysanthemums, flowers and trees to complete the decorations. The cute Buddha is「Seated」in the garden so the visitors are all crazy in taking a photo of the Buddha, they said,「It seems to be blessed by the Great Buddha!」Meanwhile, a perfume lily shaped flower lantern is set to allow the visitors to see the beautiful scenes in both of the day and night.

The enriched ecological environment, human cultural landscape and agricultural products or industries in Nantou County are presented in the exhibition area in addition to the dreaming of butterflies in Puli, Jiji Township etc., all these famous sightseeing spots are combined with the flower industry in Nantou to create the happy and sweet atmosphere of flower wedding. The exhibition area entrance is a eye catching point by applying the abound of bamboo in Nantou and the famous sightseeing spots-Jiji train station to attract the visitors to stop by and take photos.

Yunlin County is exhibiting 4 key themes,「good living and good working」,「cultural features」, 「sightseeing spots」and「capital city of green energy」to lead the visitors by the popular mascot,「Kimonchan」, to enter the garden with the flowers to combine Xiluo bridge, the features of the glove puppetry and Taiwan sugar train to show the beauty of Yunlin.

「First in learning of Taiwan」is the backbone of the curation for Tainan City. It tries to make the visitors to feel if they were wandering in Tainan. The exhibition is combined the old house, iron window decorations and all kinds of bricks in addition to the stone lions to complete the exhibition area for getting rid of bad things, controlling the evils and blessing to present the folks and traditional culture in Tainan. Also, the area has been decorated with some green sculptures to to make the Tainan City bird, Pheasant- tailed Jacana, and precious Black- faced Spoonbill in addition to the image of salt fields to reflect how hard the living was in the old days in Taiwan and how important Tainan City is to the ecological conservation.

The theme of Penghu County exhibition area includes the local featured「Twin-Hearts Stone Weir」, 「Columnar joints in a bassalt cliff」 and so on. In addition to the plants in the garden, the concept of「live with the nature and protect the ocean」is highly addressed. The Expandable Polystyrene, buoys and PET bottle caps which are most commonly collected items at the coast, are used as the materials to reflect the idea of beach cleaning to keep the ocean garbages away. It’s expected to deliver the importance of environmental protection to the visitors so everybody will commit to protect the ocean.

Fengyuan Huludun park is the only park to have a river penetrating through with free entry. Everyone is welcome to come to listen to the sound of blossoms in the domestic garden and take photos with the city or county featured eye catching points to check on Facebook.
