The main event of the 12th Taichung Tsai-Mo Art Festival-- International Tsai-Mo Hat Art Exhibition—features artworks by over 140 foreign artists from 50 different countries and over 100 famous Taiwanese contemporary artists. These artists have created various inspiring art pieces related to hats and to demonstrate how they affect people’s lifestyles, while showcasing a different international view of this unique topic of color-ink art.
