The Transportation Bureau pointed out that citizens taking Taiwan Railways may disembark at Fengyuan Station, walk to the Fengyuan Station West Station (front station), and transfer to the Fengyuan line shuttle bus in order to reach the exhibition area. Citizens living in the Shancheng region may make use of the cherry blossom avenue line shuttle service to reach the exhibition area.

Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus stop inside every parking lot to offer the public free shuttle service.
According to Transportation Bureau Director General Chao-fu Yeh, people driving to the flower exhibition area should park their cars at the peripheral parking lots before taking the free shuttle bus to the exhibition area to avoid traffic congestion. He also reminded that the nearby roads in Xinshe District are often narrow, so traffic control will be enforced during the activity in order to clamp down on illegal parking. The public is urged to comply with traffic control officers' instructions at the scene so as to maintain smooth traffic flow.
