Tanzhi Juxing Industrial Park, which occupies 14.76 ha,is located in the Tanzhi District of Taichung City, facing Fengxing Rd. Sec. 2 in the east, proximity to Tanxing Rd. Sec. 1 in the south, adjoining to Han River in the west and in the vicinity of Ren-ai Rd. Sec. 1 in the north. The park is designed to provide industrial lands mainly and also reserve spaces for supportive services and comprehensive public facilities, expecting to be a production base for industrial parts and components manufacturing, and for introduction and legitimization of those unregistered factories in Taichung.
Industries to be introduced as folllows:
1. Machinery and equipment manufacturing
2. Electronic parts and components manufacturing
3. Metal products manufacturing
4. Basic metal manufacturing
5. Plastic products manufacturing
6. Transport equipment manufacturing
7. Motor vehicles and pars manufacturing
8. Other industries (low-pollution industries approved by the industrial authorities).
