According to the Tourism and Travel Bureau, the "Dream Tree" light area combines the old tree field to create an exclusive projection magic scene, showing the cute rabbit falling into the mysterious rabbit hole and unfolding a series of novel and fascinating adventure stories. The "Cute Bugs" lighting area uses super cute lighting decorations, such as enlarged versions of unicorn beetles, ladybugs, and dragonflies, to create a coarse fantasy insect grassland. The "Cute Rabbit Kaleidoscope" lighting area is a 10-meter-high colorful literary Layher rabbit and a cute bunny lantern that correspond to each other, showing the interaction between traditional lighting art and modern technology. Its kaleidoscope-like colorful projections will be spectacular and delightful.
Mei-Xiu Chen, director of the Tourism and Travel Bureau, indicated that climate change had been an issue of public concern in recent years. And the city government is also actively promoting low-carbon and sustainable tourism policies. The Tourism Bureau specially cooperated with the well-known illustrator Milla in the "Nice Ice Buddy Looking for Friends" light area to convey this concept. With children's favorites, a little Antarctic penguin and a polar bear as the protagonists, it presents how they become "good ice friends" after the encounter due to climate change, relying on each other, and taking care of each other, which has profound environmental education implications.
The Tourism Bureau noted that the Central Taiwan Lantern Festival is an installation art park during the day and transformed into a gorgeous paradise through light projection at night, which is a splendid tourist attraction day and night.
