The city government has proposed five strategies to solve the problem of factory land shortage to help enterprises settle in Taichung. It includes "public land park development," "assistance in accelerating the development of private industrial parks," "adjacent land expansion," "three-dimensional industrial zones," and "establishment of investment promotion working teams." These measures can add a total of approximately 600 hectares of industrial land.
