Can those who possess the Blue Book of Disabilities park their vehicles at the public dedicated disabled parking spaces?

Those who possess the Blue Book of Disabilities should bring relevant documents to the Social Welfare Bureau (Department) of the county (city) government to apply for special parking identification cards so as to qualify themselves for parking their vehicles at the public dedicated disabled parking spaces; otherwise, they will be denounced as illegal parking and their vehicles may be towed away.
