To apply for a replacement of the usage license and drawings, please present the following documents:
A. If the building has already been registered, please attach
1. building registration transcript (which can be applied from the Land Administration Office),
2. the seal of the house owner,
3. a photocopy of usage license (in the application of drawings)
B. If the building has not yet been registered, please attach
1. land registration transcript
2. the seal of the house owner
3. an affidavit
4. a photocopy of the latest housing tax bill
5. a photocopy of usage license (in the application of drawings)
