Procedure for Lost Card Handling

1. What should you do if the card bound with the "citizen-only" ride discount is lost?

  • The replacement, reporting of loss, and refund of the card should be handled in accordance with the original terms agreed upon with the e-ticket company. For assistance, please reach out to the e-ticket company's customer service hotline (EasyCard 02-4128880; iPass 07-7912000; icash 0800-233-888), or visit the e-ticket company's website for guidance.
  • Visit any of the application locations designated by the city government with the required documents and your e-ticket to apply for binding a new card. After successfully binding a new card, the ride discount bound to the lost card will be deactivated.


2. What should you do in case of missing a children’s card?

  • In the event of losing or damaging a children’s card, please visit any of the application locations designated by the city government with the required documents and a self-provided half-fare card (discount card) to apply for binding a new card. The ride discount bound to the lost card will be deactivated accordingly.
  • In case of missing a digital student ID card issued by the city government’s Education Bureau, please visit the Bureau's cloud-based management system for digital student ID cards to proceed with the card suspension, reporting of loss and card replacement (https://stcard.tc.edu.tw/).
