The Taichung City Government held a municipal administrative meeting today (26th). Director of Civil Affairs Bureau Shi-Wei Wu and Director of Tourism and Travel Bureau Mei-Xiu Chen gave a project report and supplementary report titled "2023 National Day Fireworks in Taichung". According to Mayor Lu, the city government has been in fully mobilization mode after nine years since the last National Day fireworks display in Taichung. She has held four preparatory meetings, and various city government units have also held more than 100 meetings to ensure the public can fully appreciate the fireworks. It will be a four-day National Day holiday, so people from other counties and cities might flock to Taichung. Consumption of food, clothing, housing, transportation, entertainment, and entertainment will boost the city's economy. Many hotels are already fully booked. The bureau will hold the charming Taichung night warm-up event on October 9 at 6:30 p.m. The artistic and cultural groups include the Face of Light, Shadow Just Behind Us, Lai Cuo Elementary School Choir, An-Her Junior High School Music Class, Coconut Tree Dance Studio performances, jazz music, and drone demonstrations. The bureau will also invite well-known artists, BIG CHANGE, Musou Band, Solidor, and Namewee Wee Meng Chee, to perform. On the dazzling National Day night on the 10th, besides the 36-minute main fireworks show, the bureau also arranges the art team Kuang-ming Junior High School Dance Class, Performing Arts Department of Shin Min High School, Taichung Royal Ballet, Shining Benlian-Flying in Taichung Performance, Jazz Music and Drones Performances.
