Tunnel 9 is open to the public 365 days a year, providing an ideal location for both visitors and locals to unwind with a leisurely bike ride. It is open 0600 to 1800 during winter time (from Oct 1 to Mar 31 next year) since the day is shorter than the night; and 0600 to 1900 during summer time (from Apr 1 to Sep 30) since the day is longer than the night.
