The "daily rental apartment" is a type of lodging that has emerged in recent years. It is an informal term and usually concealed within an apartment building or residential house in an urban setting. However, many of them operate as hotel under the name of "B&B" or are registered as a "rental business". In fact, the Regulations for the Management of Home Stay Facilities have specific provisions for where a B&B business can be established. The "B&Bs" seen in urban areas are all illegal; they are in fact hotels where random people are charged by day or week for accommodation at a place that runs in the name of a property rental business. As such, a hotel registration is required in order to run a business like this.
