1. So far, there are 3 biking trails in Taichung City and they are the Dongfeng Bicycle Green Way, Houfeng Bikeway and Tanyashen Parkway. These biking trails are maintained by the Tourism Engineering Section of Taichung City Government Tourism and Travel Bureau; the service phone no.: 04-25152575.

2. To ensure the safety of all bikers on these trails, all biking trails are now covered by the provisions of Article 3 of the Road Traffic and Penalty Act. It is now specifically prohibited for car and motorcycle access, and it is not allowed to set up vending stands or violating any road sign and marking or riding side by side. Any violation will be subject to the applicable punishment of the “Road Traffic and Penalty Act.”
